I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The spa and swimming pool were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing way to unwind after a long day. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet square but still only a short distance from the bustling city center. Additionally, the hotel included public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of cereal, cheese, and meats. Pancakes are made to order. The pool on the second floor is well worth a visit, with nice changing facilities. The hotel is centrally located in the old city West, with easy access to the Zoo and excellent travel options around the city, all free with the hotel travel pass.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to transport links and right at the tour bus stop number one. The underground is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. the Christmas Markets are also nearby, providing a festive atmosphere. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the staff provided excellent service. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, were also well-maintained and enjoyable.

There was an issue with the internet that the hotel staff were unable to fix.
