One of the best hotel rooms I've ever experienced. The historic and stylish atmosphere blended perfectly with modern amenities. The attention to detail was remarkable. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a friendly smile. And the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, rivaling even the famous Kempinski breakfast. I highly recommend Vienna House By Wyndham in Eisenach.

Spent Easter here and it was such a lovely experience. the rooms were spacious and spotless. Service from staff was impeccable. Truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus! the perfect location allowed us to reach the local shops and restaurants with ease.

One of the curtains was ripped and the mattress was not very comfortable. However, these minor details didn't take away from the great overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre. We loved being able to walk to all the attractions and shops. The hotel itself is situated at a beautiful city square, which added to its charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the stunning views from our window. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options. the hotel provided exceptional comfort and quality services.
