The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping areas and close to everything interesting in town, making it perfect for exploring the city. The cleanliness level of the rooms was excellent and the spaciousness was a definite advantage. The staff went out of their way to ensure a personal touch, such as providing a welcome card from the manager and complimentary fruits and cookies. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the Sekt was a nice addition to celebrate special occasions.

The service could have been better, as some guests had issues with room requests not being met or being charged for amenities that were supposed to be included.

I stayed at Steigenberger in Dusseldorf for a week on a business trip. The service was outstanding! The bellhop quickly resolved an issue with my locked car in a nearby parking garage. On a holiday, the front desk efficiently handled my laundry needs, delivering clean and ironed clothes to my room within hours. The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the staff was phenomenal, from parking service to housekeeping. The rooms were incredibly quiet, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Great value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with art on the walls, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

During my Xmas holidays, I was staying at a hotel which had amazing complementary services. the breakfast offered in the morning was delicious, I particularly loved the assortment of croissants which were freshly baked. the location of the hotel was perfect, very central, and everything was close by. the room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

My stay was not completely ideal as the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly slow and did not work well. the heating system in the room was not good enough, as I was cold most of the time.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was amazing. The exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent service, especially in the Spa & wellness centre where we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Besides the wellness centre, the Library was also a great place to relax. The room was very comfortable and had exclusive advantages, such as a private balcony with a beautiful view. The restaurant served wonderful food and the Buffet breakfast had a variety of Special diet menus. We were also impressed by the Bar/ Lounge area where we enjoyed In-room breakfast. The location advantages were also remarkable.

There was only one minor issue we faced during our stay at this hotel: the rain shower in the bathroom overflowed sometimes. However, this did not affect the overall experience.

Bathrooms could use some modernization and luxury. Uneven service experiences, with some staff members being snobbish.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the prime location of the hotel, right on Kö and only a minute walk to Aldstadt. The staff at this branch was incredibly friendly compared to other places we've stayed before. The convenience of valet parking made our stay even more hassle-free. Additionally, the room was nice and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We felt completely secure during our stay and there was nothing to complain about.

The swimming pool was excellent and the lounge area provided spectacular views. The bedrooms were clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the spaciousness. The breakfast area had plenty of room between tables, making it a comfortable dining experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
