I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money at the Hotel Suitess. The room was fantastic, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff treated me like royalty and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved, as it was a bit overpriced for what was offered. However, there are many cafes on the square that provide a more affordable alternative.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the well soundproofed rooms, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

The room temperature was pleasant, and I had nothing to complain about.

The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. The hotel's gin bar also deserves a special mention for their amazing cocktails. From start to finish, I received exceptional service from every hotel employee, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Suitess An Der Frauenkirche and would love to stay there again. an incredible experience.

Located in the heart of the old city, right beside the famous Frauenkirche, this hotel offers a truly central location for exploring. The rooms, although lacking a view in some cases, are clean and spacious. The staff, apart from one receptionist, are accommodating and friendly. The breakfast, served by attentive staff, is delicious and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. the hotel offers valet parking, adding convenience to your stay.

The hotel does not include the spa and sauna facilities for free, which can be disappointing for some guests.

Nothing not to like.

This hotel is in a prime location, right near the Frauenkirche and very close to the train station. The rooms are pristine with nice remodeled bathrooms. The staff is hospitable and valet parking is available. The breakfast is average, but there are plenty of nice restaurants just outside the door that serve breakfast. The hotel also has a hip Whisky bar and offers facilities like a washing machine.

One negative aspect is that the front desk staff could be more helpful and informative regarding touring and food recommendations.

Staff went above and beyond, arranging delivery of valuables left behind. Upgraded to Junior Suite, impeccable room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Perfect food selection for breakfast on the rooftop, free internet.

As a tourist, I loved the central location of this boutique hotel in the heart of the historic Altstadt. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for dining and local activities. The luxurious finishings and traditional decor gave the hotel a classy and elegant feel. The bathroom with its deep soaking tub and high-quality toiletries was a highlight, and the towels and bathrobes were incredibly soft and fluffy. The breakfast buffet was well worth the additional cost, with delicious and well-organized options. The hotel's wellness facilities and roof terrace with a view of the Frauenkirche were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bonus for us as we found a lovely dog store nearby.

the staff was extremely efficient, providing a quick check, in process and personalized attention. the room was spacious and luxurious, with comfortable bedding and high, quality toiletries. the Spa centre is a must, visit for a relaxing massage in the Jacuzzi and the sun terrace offers stunning views. Breakfast was delicious, with an extensive variety of high, quality products. the outdoor dining area was also lovely.

The prices in the bar/lounge area were significantly higher than in other nearby venues. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities, superb service, and a prime location.

This city center hotel exceeded expectations. the location was perfect, walking distance to many attractions. the room had an amazing view and was spacious and elegant, with impressive interior design features. Bonus points for the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet, and the excellent service, including valet parking and in-room amenities like an electric kettle.
