We absolutely loved the range of facilities at this hotel. The helpful staff, comfortable amenities, and fantastic breakfast made our stay perfect. Plus, the in-house bar and restaurant were excellent. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Belina Tor station, making it easy to explore the city. With the metro station within walking distance, getting around Hamburg is a breeze. The rooms are modern and comfortable, providing a quiet and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

Some guests have experienced issues with the internet connection, which may be a drawback for those needing to work or stay connected during their stay.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help. the breakfast had a good variety of options including fresh fruit and yogurt. the location was perfect for our business meetings and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at Super 8 in Hamburg. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and the train station. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and provided excellent service.

I had a positive experience at Super 8 Hamburg. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, the cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, and convenient location outweighed any drawbacks.

The staff at Super 8 was incredibly accommodating, especially considering that my partner and I don't speak German. They went out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the housekeeping service was excellent, with towels changed regularly and bins cleaned twice a day. Our room was always clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The TV was also easy to use and provided entertainment during our downtime.

One minor inconvenience we experienced was the room's WiFi setup. In order to use it, we had to have the TV turned on, which made it difficult for me to screen share my phone with the TV while my girlfriend wanted to use the WiFi.

The hotel has great value for money, with spacious rooms that include tea and coffee facilities and the added bonus of a delicious breakfast. It's also conveniently located near a metro station that provides easy access to all of Hamburg's top attractions.

While the walk to the hotel wasn't the most charming, once I arrived, I found the hotel itself to be great. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. the value for money was high, and the hotel had a sufficient breakfast offering that matched the overall price level. the staff were friendly and the internet connection was fast. I had a positive experience at Super 8.

The hotel premises were really good, with soundproof bedrooms and amazing beds. the staff went above and beyond the German standard and were extremely helpful. the hotel was located just a 10-minute walk from one of the main underground stations, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel advertised having a bar but didn't have any wine and never had any ice, which was odd. the rooms were quite dusty, especially under the beds and in non-visible areas.
