The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our check-in process quick and efficient, which was great after a long day of traveling. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It was conveniently located near a popular shopping destination and had excellent transportation connections to the city center. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the Christmas markets. our room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time in the hotel.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. We had hoped to cook some of our meals during our Christmas stay, but we had to bring our own cutlery and cooking equipment.

The walls in the hotel were dirty, which took away from the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

The hotel staff was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast buffet, which surpassed our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. We highly recommend Sylter Hof hotel to anyone visiting Berlin, whether it be for work or vacation. It truly offers great value for the money paid.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a supermarket, KaDeWe, and a 24-hour convenience store all just a few minutes away. The 100 bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you directly to all the popular destinations. And if you love shopping, you'll be delighted to know that major shopping areas are also close by. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices.

The hotel could improve on providing more tea bags to guests and perhaps not waking them up too early with cleaning services.

Additionally, the hotel was just a few minutes' walk from the U station, providing easy access to transportation. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay for our family, and the hotel's location in a nice area of West Berlin offered plenty of restaurant options. The breakfast, although an extra charge, was worth it, especially the unique way they served coffee in individual pots, avoiding the hassle of dealing with coffee machines. we had a pleasant experience at Hotel Sylter Hof Berlin.

I had a great stay at Hotel Sylter Hof Berlin Superior. The suite I stayed in was perfect for my family, spacious enough for three people and possibly four. The view from the room was also quite nice. The room cleaning service was regular, keeping everything neat and tidy. The hotel is well connected to the city center, making it easy to explore. The internet connection was good and allowed me to connect multiple devices at once. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and proper safe in the room. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The space in the suites was fantastic -more an apartment. Great views over Berlin from balcony. Great transport links. Excellent breakfast with unique options. Convenient location near major attractions and shops.

Additionally, the rooms with a balcony offer an excellent view over the Berlin skyline, truly enhancing the guest experience.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms and facilities. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and the soundproofing is good. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport. The staff, especially the Spanish lady, the red head front desk ladies, and the blonde lady who helped me extend my stay, were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English.

The price was excellent for the value we received. Our suite had a well-equipped kitchen, although it was a bit old-fashioned. The living room furniture and hallway also had a vintage feel, but it added to the charm. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty food at the Vietnamese restaurant just two doors away.

We experienced some minor inconveniences during our stay. Whenever we put our card in our pocket, it stopped working, and we had to visit the reception to get it fixed.

Two nights stay during new year. I liked the complementary champagne and chocolates offered in the room. The location was great as it was close to transportation and restaurants. , the hotel had a nice bar that was open late at night, which was perfect for celebrating the new year.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had an issue with the heating in the room and they took more than an hour to come and fix it.
