They even made arrangements for me to collect the keys after my late flight arrival. the apartment itself was more than adequate, with a comfortable bed, quality linen, and towels. the bathroom amenities and contemporary lighting made me feel like I was staying in a larger hotel chain. I also appreciated the personalized instructions for a safe and secure key collection. it was great value for money and I would definitely return.

Over the Easter weekend, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is great - just steps away from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, given the nightlife in the area. I appreciated the friendly staff and the simple check-in process.

The internet was unstable and cut out frequently. the room itself had some maintenance issues, such as plumbing problems with the toilet and sink.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location. The room was spacious and modern, with a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also modern, with free toiletries provided. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was easy to get to all the major attractions in this city, such as the Brandenburg Gate, via the U-Bahn. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located on top of a pub in the middle of a vibrant area, which added to the overall experience.

The location was perfect, being in Schoneberg area for the entertainments and just a short walk from the metro station. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the basic facilities I needed, including a small kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the free wifi worked well. It was great to have a Penny nearby for any provisions I needed.

I had a great stay at Tom's Hotel in Berlin. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The room was spacious and had a lot of character, with high ceilings and a large bathroom. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, even staying up for my late check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was my third stay in one of their apartments and once again, it was a great experience. Having my own place to stay and all the necessary amenities made me feel almost at home. the location near Nollendorfplatz was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants in the neighborhood. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. I was even able to find a great deal for my stay, making it a budget-friendly option. I will definitely choose to stay at Tom's again when I visit Berlin.
