We had a disagreement about the room type requested, but the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The Deluxe double room we stayed in was pleasant and well-equipped. The hotel's surroundings were beautiful, with lots of nature to enjoy. The calmness of the place and the clean, well-maintained facilities were also a highlight. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. we would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay near Garmisch.

Good breakfast and nice views. Location was great for those looking for a quieter escape from the city. the beautiful mountainous scenery was a great way to spend time during the Christmas holiday.

The room was too cold and the ventilation in the bathroom was really poor, which made it difficult to enjoy any relaxation in the evenings. not the best experience for a winter holiday.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short 15-minute drive away from the ski lifts in Garmish. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay.
