The hotel has a modern and fresh design, with an industrial interior that gives it a unique and trendy feel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as shampoo and hair dryers in the bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the 24/7 bar, where we spent most of our nights. The free water and coffee from 11:30 pm until 11:30 am were a nice touch. our family with two small kids had a great experience at the hotel.

We felt very much at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in any way they could. The ground floor of the hotel was spacious and relaxing, with plenty of seating areas to unwind and enjoy a complimentary coffee in the mornings. The quality of the food at the restaurant was impressive, and despite the ordering process resembling that of a fast-food chain, the healthy options were delicious. the hotel rooms were well sound-proofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The modern and functional design, along with ample storage space, made for a comfortable stay.

One major drawback was the lack of large towels provided. For two people, we were given two hand towels and only one large towel, which was insufficient.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the soap smelled really good. the atmosphere of the room was also really cool, especially the huge mirror. the location was amazing, just a short walk away from the main train station and a lot of key attractions. It was really convenient to be close to everything. the gym and yoga room were also a huge bonus and really enjoyable to have.

We had to call an employee for help and even they had trouble figuring it out. It was also a bummer that there was no breakfast provided, only sandwiches.

Such a shame the window blinds didn't work after the second day. Who needs natural light in a hotel room anyway?

the hotel exceeded my expectations for this trip to berlin. the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great shower. the location was convenient and within walking distance to the main station. the staff was friendly and helpful, and i loved the bonus shopping bag in the room.

Additionally, the hotel offers a bar where you can fill your water bottle or order a drink.

There is very little happening in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, with only a few restaurants and cafes around. So if you're looking for a lively area with lots of options for dining and entertainment, you may need to travel a bit further.

the staff at Urban Loft were amazing and always made an effort to ask how my day was and if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. the receptionist even took care of my hoarse voice after a concert, serving me a delicious hot mint tea with honey. the hotel had a great lounging area and workspace, perfect for getting work done. I especially liked the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. the atmosphere of the hotel was cool and the rooftop terrace was a nice touch.
