The breakfast was quite nice each day. The breakfast room is a bit tight when everyone is getting breakfast at the same time but that was ok. The people at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating to our needs. We had some beer/wine at the bar a few times and that was quite nice. The rooms were nice and comfortable. It is close to the Roman Baths ruins and not too far from the Roman Amphitheatre. The Palace Gardens and other important sites are on one way to walk into the city. On the day of our arrival, we were quite early. However, we were able to drop our luggage in a room before check-in and the front desk told us of a nice bakery/coffee shop since we hadn't had breakfast that morning. Great choice.

Welcoming staff, relaxing games room, clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with variety. Highly recommend!

my recent stay in trier was amazing and vienna house exceeded my expectations! the hotel provided a professional experience with spacious rooms, a great bar and games area, and secure parking. it was super clean, modern, and had an excellent breakfast. overall, it was a fantastic getaway!

The hotel offers secure underground parking for a small fee, which is very convenient. the breakfast was impressive, with a variety of foods to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the hotel's proximity to the main attractions made it easy for me to visit them during my business trip.

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were a bit flat. there were no in-room tea or coffee facilities, making it a bit inconvenient to enjoy a hot drink in the comfort of my own room.
