We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with superb city views, especially at night. the staff at Vienna House Easy were extremely helpful, kind, and positive. the modern decor was impressive, and the included breakfast offered a huge variety and was well presented. the hotel's location was excellent, close to the historic city center and the Schwebebahn. Everything was sparkling clean, and the room had a nice view of the city from the window.

The breakfast had a good variety of options and the decor was modern. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information on the area.

The cups were missing when we arrived and when we left the hotel later in the day. the coffee didn't taste great.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Vienna House in Wuppertal. The location was perfect for our visit to see family, and the views over the valley were stunning. The spaciousness of the bedroom and the excellent bathroom facilities were a definite plus. We also enjoyed the tea making facilities in the room and the complimentary water. Additionally, the breakfast options, including gluten free choices, were excellent. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Giovanni, made us feel welcome and assisted us with all our questions. we had a happy and easy stay and would definitely recommend Vienna House.

This hotel is in a great location, very near to the city center. It offers a fantastic view over the city and it's easily accessible by taxi or through a short walk down the hill. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the bathroom is clean and well-appointed. The service provided by the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ample and delicious, with plenty of choices. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as an underground public parking and a restaurant with a limited but well-presented menu.

The beds were reported to be a bit too firm for some guests.
