The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and a fantastic spa facility. The location was peaceful, with beautiful gardens and a backdrop of mountains. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety, such as pancakes or cakes.

A delightful surprise for breakfast

During our stay at Vila Vita Rosenpark, we had a delightful surprise during breakfast. The selection was vast, with a variety of fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. But what really stood out was the freshly made omelette station. The chef there was extremely attentive and made the most delicious omelettes to order. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely and it definitely added to our overall experience at the hotel.

Located near the river and surrounded by trees, the hotel offers a tranquil and scenic setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some offering balconies with beautiful views. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast is ample and includes a variety of gourmet options. In the evenings, the restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel is conveniently situated close to downtown, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The TV reception for international channels was not working during the stay.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the service was impeccable, and the spa and wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage offerings were exceptional. the spa lounge and treatment rooms were immaculate, and the beauty treatments were top-notch. The restaurant was delightful with a wonderful selection of dishes, special diet menus and an outdoor dining area overlooking a beautiful garden. Cons: the only minor issue I faced was the lack of a pillow selection brochure in the room. this did not affect my overall experience, as the room advantages were exclusive, and the location was perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

Spent a lot on facilities, comfortable & clean room, helpful gentleman guided us to parking & room. Room: super comfy & clean, excellent bed, good shower. Spacious, tastefully renovated, cozy room with nice decorations, comfy bathroom. Friendly staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake. Delicious breakfast. Loved the pool. Spacious, fast internet, service-minded staff, great garage service.

A wonderful weekend getaway that exceeded our expectations! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the half pension plan was a great value. We enjoyed the three-course gourmet dinner each evening and were impressed by the chef's ability to accommodate our dietary restrictions. the breakfast buffet was a highlight with many delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and we appreciated the easy access to public transportation.

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, which made it difficult to get comfortable during the night. Despite this, we still slept well.
