The staff at the hotel were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Thomas and Jorge were particularly helpful. The location is excellent, close to the city center and shopping area, with a beautiful park nearby. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes.

The view from the window was unpleasant and the TV channel selection was limited, with only one English channel available. Furthermore, the single room I booked turned out to be a room for disabled persons, which was not what I expected.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bathroom was also modern and a good size. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out process easy and uncomplicated.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy to explore all the shopping and restaurants in the area. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the Nordbahnhof, which was perfect for me as I needed to be near my company's location. Another great perk was the bar and restaurant within the hotel. It was so convenient to be able to grab a drink or a meal without even leaving the hotel.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of power sockets on both sides of the bed. I always prefer to sleep on the left side, and it was a bit inconvenient to have to reach across to the other side for a power source.
