Right on the beach with palm trees all around, this hotel offers a truly relaxing stay. the large rooms with sea-facing balconies provide a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. the outstanding food, fresh and ready promptly, exceeded all expectations. the staff, especially the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic customer experience. the pool area, although we didn't use it, provides a nice place to relax with its sun loungers and view of the ocean.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast offering, which was a bit limited compared to other amenities. Perhaps expanding the breakfast menu would.

I had the pleasure of staying at Bay Resort in Elmina for a business trip, which was chosen by our director. the manager of the facility, Mr Ben, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, making our stay very enjoyable. the rooms were incredibly spacious, airy, and offered beautiful views of the garden and sea. I particularly loved the view of the beach from my room, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly, supportive, and always willing to assist, adding to the overall positive experience. the pool was fantastic, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the location by the beach provided a tranquil escape from the city chaos, making it an ideal place for peace and quiet. the hotel's setting by the sea allowed for a refreshing ocean breeze while enjoying the balcony of my room. the massive rooms provided ample space, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Gloomy and uninviting reception area.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant offered a wide variety of freshly cooked local dishes, which were absolutely delicious. the manager, Ben, was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with interesting insights about Ghana and its culture.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I did not particularly enjoy. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
