this hotel exceeded my expectations! the service, cleanliness, and food were all top-notch. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I always felt well taken care of. I've stayed in Accra before, but this time Grand Star made my experience truly memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, but unfortunately, there are no nearby walkable restaurants. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a rain shower in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service. The breakfast offered is satisfying and there are facilities such as an in-house restaurant.

The hotel's mode of operation and charges for early check-in and late check-out leave much to be desired.

The hotel offers a peaceful and secluded location, away from the noise and traffic of the city. Guests can enjoy fresh air and a tranquil atmosphere.

The two complementary drinks and snacks offered on arrival were a nice touch, plus the location was not too far from the beach and the market. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which had a great view.

The room itself was a huge disappointment - dirty, old, and rundown. the bed sheets had stains, the walls were peeling, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation.

The room had functioning AC, fan, and fridge. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Good water heater with decent water pressure. Interesting breakfast conversations due to secluded location. Fresh air and no traffic noise. Decent restaurant food. No gastrointestinal issues.

The hotel's serene atmosphere provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The spacious and clean rooms were beautifully designed, and the availability of hot water was a definite plus. The complimentary cell phone was a thoughtful touch.

I appreciated the delicious meals prepared by the talented chef, although it would have been better if they had all menu items in stock. The front desk staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and generous.

The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything being clean and well-maintained. I also loved the location of this hotel, nestled in a peaceful rural area away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Accra. the room had all the amenities we needed, including a functioning AC, fan, and fridge. the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. the water heater worked well and the water pressure was generally good. We enjoyed meeting interesting people during the breakfasts, thanks to the hotel's secluded location. the air was fresh and the absence of traffic noise was a bonus. the restaurant was decent, with breakfast consisting of a tasty egg dish, toast, vegetables, and sometimes sausage or meat. we had a pleasant experience at Grand Star.

The bed was soft, room cosy. Spacious, clean bathroom. AC worked well. Tea/fridge facilities great. Amazing staff, always available. Clean lobby. Security guards strict, helpful with bags. Good value, clean facility with friendly staff.
