I adored the beautiful lobby with its cozy armchairs and lovely floral arrangements, making it perfect for resting tired feet. the accessibility for seniors like me was remarkable, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas scattered around for a quick rest.

I had a fantastic meal at the restaurant and the location is great. the payment process was a bit cumbersome, and the shower in my room wasn’t functional.

Great value for the money. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay at Mj Grand. Location was convenient.

The breakfast selection could be more varied.

The location and cleanliness of the environment as well as the rooms is great! the Staff, especially at the reception, were Just Amazing. the breakfast had a variety, and the room size was excellent. the swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation, and nearby landmarks like Peles Pool and Botanical Gardens enhanced family bonding with their unique features.

Staff kindness and customer focus. Had a delightful encounter at the reception. Just like a superhero with a cape, she saved the day!

Bathroom tiles discolouration.

The reception staff were super friendly, especially Happy. the breakfast had a good spread, and the hotel room was spacious and had a lovely scent. 🌿 the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. There were quite a few stairs and no lift, which might be tricky for those with limited mobility, but overall, it didn't bother me much.

The wonderful ladies at the reception, especially Happy, made my stay at MJ Grand unforgettable. Fantastic restaurant, great location, and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was lovely, the pool looked inviting, and the rooms were clean. Although some tiles had minor discolouration, everything else was perfect. The welcoming fragrance and serene surroundings added to the overall excellent experience.
