As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near the airport and within walking distance to a mall. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options. The pool was great and we even enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the airport.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the short shower hose in the bathtub. It was a bit inconvenient and required me to be mindful while showering.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Oak Plaza Hotels East Airport. It was just a short distance from the airport, making our travel experience hassle-free. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town, away from the noise of the city. Despite the proximity to the highway, the sound of vehicles was muffled and did not disturb our sleep.

The pool area was beautiful but not properly maintained, so we couldn't enjoy a proper swim. Another drawback was that our room faced a major road, and the car horns during the night were not pleasant for peaceful sleep.

The hotel offers a variety of rooms and facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. The restaurant serves delicious regional and international dishes. The shuttle bus even comes with a stocked ice chest.

Who needs more than one small complimentary bottle of water? And let's not forget the joy of arguing with the reception lady on my departure.
