The staff was very kind and welcoming, always ready to help. the location is convenient, with nearby supermarkets and bus stations. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, showing both the sea and the mountain.

The bathroom was too small and not easy to use, especially the shower. the accommodation could use some improvements in terms of space and comfort.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The location was superb, being close to everything, including a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleaning standards were excellent, and any issues, like a problem with the air conditioning, were quickly resolved. Despite the small bathroom in the standard apartment, we still found it cozy and comfortable. we had a perfect and relaxing holiday at Alexander Aparthotel and would definitely recommend it to others.
