The hotel was well-maintained and spotless, offering a picturesque view of Fira and Oia caldera. the spacious room had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a separate sitting area. the balcony was a great spot to relax, with the option of having breakfast delivered to the room. the hosts, Luca and Christina, were extremely helpful and responsive, providing excellent recommendations and arranging tours.

The breakfast options were limited, and the pillows were a bit hard. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to Aegeon restaurant and down at Amoudi bay, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a breathtaking view of the caldera. The bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the owners and front office manager going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options. The hotel also had a swimming pool with stunning views of the volcanos.

The hotel could benefit from having shower curtains in the bathroom to prevent water from getting everywhere during showering.

The view from our room and the sun deck was absolutely stunning. We were in awe of the breathtaking scenery surrounding Altana Heritage Suites. The breakfast served on our balcony each morning was superb, and we loved starting our day with a delicious meal while enjoying the island views. The customer service was phenomenal, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Despite the slight lack of privacy due to being right off the walking track, we still appreciated the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and ATM's nearby. I had an amazing experience at Altana Heritage Suites.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, the lack of privacy due to the constant flow of people passing by and taking photographs can be a bit bothersome.

Altana is absolutely breathtaking. The views are stunning. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Great recommendations for activities and food. Perfectly placed overlooking the Caldera. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Amazing room with spectacular views. Quiet location with fewer crowds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As a budget traveler, I loved the friendly and accommodating staff at Altana. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast served on our private terrace with stunning views was a highlight. The room was spacious and had a separate bed and lounge area. The shower even had a view of the hillside!

Just arrived home from a week's break at Altana and it was incredible! The accommodation was gorgeous with stunning views from our balcony. The staff was knowledgeable about Santorini and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with an amazing sunset view from the terrace. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back one day. Oh, and don't forget to ask for a cocktail - they make something magical!

We had an amazing stay here. The location is spectacular set right into the cliff with views of the caldera. The service was impeccable, and they have room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The amenities in the room are amazing, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. We loved how quiet and private it was here.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, with the best on the island. It feels like being in an airplane!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was really close to the center of Imerovigli and within walking distance to a vineyard down at Amoudi bay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served in my room was a wonderful touch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
