We got great value for our money with a small, homely hotel that was perfectly located in the heart of the old town and just a short walk to the beach. The staff treated us like family, with warm welcomes, delicious homemade treats, and helpful tips on local restaurants and beaches.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with some additional variety or options.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Anemones Rooms in Chania. The hotel's small size gave it a homely feel, and its location was perfect for both exploring the old town and enjoying the nearby beach. Nasos, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay special. His home-cooked meals and thoughtful gestures made us feel like we were staying with a friend. The hotel was also very accommodating, keeping our suitcases and arranging a taxi for us. The room was always cleaned, even outside of normal hours. We can't wait to come back.

I had a fantastic time exploring the charming old quarter of this city. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the waterfront and the bustling bus station. It was so convenient to be able to easily explore all the shops, restaurants, and museums in the area. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

One minor inconvenience was that there weren't enough electric sockets in the room. I had to unplug the fridge in order to use the kettle or charge my phone.

We stayed at a family-run hotel in the old town of Chania for 6 nights. The staff at Anemones Rooms were incredibly warm and welcoming, giving us a genuine and friendly reception. The owner even made us a delicious dessert himself. The hotel is perfectly located near the bay, with plenty of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Our balcony room had a picturesque view of the sea, and it was a delight to enjoy our coffee there in the afternoons. Everything was clean and in order, and there were lots of beautiful shops and restaurants nearby. The location was also just a few minutes away from the stunning Venetian Harbour. We highly recommend staying here!

I gotta say, staying at Anemones was a steal! The room was spotless with pressed sheets and a lovely private balcony, plus the location in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street couldn't be beat. The owners were so warm and welcoming, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming stay.
