Stavros, the incredible host, goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely mind-blowing. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, thanks to the friendly and kind cleaner. With loads of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop just 5 minutes away, the location is superb. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

stayed here for a relaxing couple of nights in Kolios and it exceeded our expectations. The clean rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely pool surrounded by lemon trees made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

No air conditioning.

The apartment was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bathroom was the most modern we've ever had in all our visits to Greek islands. The host was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. There were great facilities nearby, including a pool, nice restaurants, and a small supermarket within walking distance. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just across the road. Additionally, the bus stop was convenient for exploring the coast.

I had an amazing stay at the villa! The host was incredibly thoughtful and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious and exceeded our expectations. The kitchenette was versatile and convenient, with a second sink, fridge, and burners. The location was central, with a market just a minute away. We had no issues with transportation, as we had cars, but many guests were able to easily walk to the nearby bus stop. it was a wonderful stay with great value for money.

The apartment was modern and nice, with a spacious bathroom and a great shower. The staff was friendly and cleaned the apartment daily. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. The balcony was big with a view of the pool. The apartment was close to bus stop 15 and the nearby Kolios beach. There was also a small supermarket on the same street.

We had a superb, relaxing time at Villa Albanis. The walks around the area were great, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Albanis and Stavros made our stay special with their fantastic hospitality and helpful advice on the area. The air conditioning and internet were excellent, providing great comfort during our stay. The short walk to the brilliant Kolios beach was a definite highlight. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Our stay at the villa was amazing! The host, Stavros, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the spacious bathroom with its great power shower. The apartment also had all the necessary amenities, including a full-size electric kettle, hairdryer, and even hair straighteners. The pool was well-maintained and the location was perfect, with the beach, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. Stavros even surprised us with a bottle of lovely Rose wine for our anniversary. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
