The hotel is perfectly located, with plenty of restaurants and bars around. The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with food allergies. The breakfast room offers a small selection of Greek products, coffee, and fruit. The hotel is clean and basic, with a nice touch. The front desk manager goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable, providing a parent's dream with a suite that has loads of space, a baby cot, and kids toys. the view of the Acropolis is a nice bonus.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me by name and were incredibly helpful and charming. The room and bathroom were jaw-droppingly spacious and completely remodeled. It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The location was super convenient, situated in a quiet area just outside the tourist streets, yet I could walk to anywhere in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including delicious home-baked goods that I could grab on the go. The manager even went above and beyond, driving me to the harbor to catch my ferry and helping me find my ship. I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

The location of Arcade Hotel was fantastic - Plaka and Monastereski Plaza were just a short 10-minute walk away. The service from the hotel staff, especially Maggy, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore major attractions on foot and getting to the airport was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with plenty of towels. Despite a minor complaint about the shower being a bit small and lacking a door, the room was nice and clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
