The staff provided superior customer service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The spa and wellness center offered a variety of relaxing treatments, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a tranquil space to unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel also offered various facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a coffee shop, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

We were greeted with a delicious cherry liqueur upon arrival, and the homemade breakfast pastries were to die for. The rooms were elegant, super clean, and beautifully furnished with antiques. We especially enjoyed the fabulous shower fixture. The garden grounds were lush and private, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and have breakfast. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

the premises were stunning, with a beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern comforts. the staff was exceptional, especially Lena, who went above and beyond to make me feel special and attended to. the breakfasts prepared by Lena were simply amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. One of the highlights of my stay was when Lena took care of getting my husband's suit, tie, and shirt pressed for our wedding vow renewal - it was hanging in our closet within hours! the hotel is lucky to have such an exceptional employee like Lena.
