They provided superior personal service and gave us all the information, advice, and help we needed during our stay. the room we had was excellent, with a fully prepared fireplace and a balcony with beautiful mountain views. the owners even went out of their way to clean the fireplace and provide new wood for us. the hotel also had great amenities, including A/C that could heat and cool, and a spa with a sauna and whirlpool. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The complimentary mulled wine and cookies at check-in were a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the attractions was also convenient. Plus, the view from the room was breathtaking.

On the other hand, the negatives outweighed the positives. the bathroom was not clean, and the towels were old and worn out.
