Beautiful views and great staff! Wi-Fi was frustratingly poor during my stay.

The views are simply breathtaking! ! Spacious villa with a private pool, and the fantastic breakfast options delivered directly made mornings special. Staff provided incredible support, especially with luggage assistance.

Access can be a challenge due to the steep stairs, making it tough for those with mobility issues. WiFi connectivity was frustratingly poor during my stay.

i was almost impressed, but the stairs were treacherously steep, making it impossible to enjoy the view while lugging my bags, and my jacuzzi experience was marred by a lack of proper maintenance, as the suction pump was just waiting to ruin my day. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that was too much to ask.

The Ambassador villa was spotless and luxurious, with a stunning balcony and a private pool that was a dream day and night. The warm welcoming with fruit and wine was such a lovely touch, too!

Beware of the steep staircase workout—my calves are crying! The WiFi was as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and that's putting it kindly.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of Oia, making it easy to explore! The daily breakfast was made to order and delivered to our villa 🍳. Super clean rooms and the staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed.

We stayed in the Ambassador Villa, and it was super comfy! The spacious bathrooms had modern showers that were awesome. The private pool was warm and we just loved chilling there with the stunning caldera views! Also, breakfast on our balcony was such a treat, especially with options like bacon and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond, especially with helping us lug our bags around those steep paths. Just a perfect romantic vibe for our getaway!

Poor internet connectivity!!! Difficult property access due to steep stairs!!! Outdated interiors in need of refurbishment!!! Lack of information on the arrival process makes navigation a hassle!!! Limited shade in outdoor areas can be uncomfortable during hot days.

Armeni Luxury Villas offers breathtaking caldera views and a completely private experience. The plunge pool is a highlight, providing total relaxation. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a flawless stay.

the kitchen was lacking, only one small frying pan and barely any utensils. but the views were stunning, the private hot tub was nice, and the location made it easy to explore nearby sites.

Just a great fit for strolling in Oia with great value for the money. The location is nice and quiet, away from heavy tourist traffic, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Bring your own snacks and drinks as the kitchen amenities could be better stocked.
