The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Beautiful arrangement in our room with chocolate, pastries, and wine. Table at dinner decorated with flowers for my daughter. Superb spa experience.

Nestled right on the beach, the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for guests who want to soak up the sun and enjoy the calming sound of the waves. With the restaurant and a la carte restaurant just steps away, you can indulge in delicious meals while enjoying the stunning beach view. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful fields, providing a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. If you want to explore outside of the hotel, there are several excellent local tavernas nearby for a taste of authentic Greek cuisine.

As business travelers, we appreciated the high quality amenities and service at this newly renovated hotel. The attention to detail, from the beautiful interior to the hand written welcome note, impressed us. The breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food. The staff, especially Mario, provided excellent service and support. The cocktails, coffee, and fresh juices were also top-notch.

The hotel was located near the beach which was great for morning walks, and there was a nice pool to cool off in as well. the Christmas decorations were lovely and definitely helped put us in the holiday spirit! the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly.

The food was not very impressive. the Christmas dinner was a bit lackluster and the breakfast options were limited.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to nearby towns and villages, such as Platanias and Chania. These areas offer a wide range of bars and restaurants to choose from, providing plenty of options for entertainment and dining. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a tasty breakfast with a Cretan corner, adding a local touch to their dining experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests with their needs.

Luxury at its finest! This hotel offered exclusive amenities , Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, Beach access and more. the in, room breakfast and poolside snack bar were delicious, the restaurant provided a great variety of food. the staff offered incredible service, making each guest feel at home. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation. The location was secluded, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Cons: It was hard to find the hotel sign, and check, in time could have been faster.
