I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed. The hotel was clean and the Wi-Fi in the room worked perfectly. The location was excellent, with the bus station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore different parts of the island. It was also within walking distance to the city center, taking me around 15-20 minutes.

I really got my money's worth at Athinaiko! The room was super comfortable and clean, with excellent Wi-Fi and a cozy bed. Plus, the location was perfect - close enough to the city center for convenience, but not too noisy or crowded. The staff treated me like a VIP, providing all the information and assistance I needed.

We were just staying the night getting in on the bus and leaving the next morning on the ferry, so the location of Athinaiko was ideal. The bus station was just down the road and the port was at the bottom of the street. The room was clean, WiFi was great, and the bathroom was very good. The staff were kind and helpful, and they even stored our luggage for us for 8 days without any charge. Great place to start our holiday!

I had great value for my money at Athinaiko Hotel in Heraklion. The room was comfortable with really good beds. The location was perfect, close to the port and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a map of the city and useful recommendations.

The breakfast selection could have been better. There was only apples for fruit and no hot food.

It was not far from the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. the hotel was close to the bus station, which was perfect for our day trips to the beach. We were also pleased to discover that the city center was within walking distance, allowing us to explore the main attractions easily.

We did encounter a minor issue with the patio doors in our room, as they didn't close properly. Despite this inconvenience, it did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.
