What a great experience spending Xmas at this hotel! the property was recently renovated and had an elegant and classy style with affordable prices. the location was perfect, right in the city center with a beautiful park nearby, where you can enjoy a natural spring water stream and see plenty of ducks, swans, and fishes. the staff was really kind and the owner prepared superb latte with an amazing taste. the bed was extra comfy and the room had a small balcony with a great view.

Although the hotel had many advantages, the breakfast quality was not good enough to match everything else. the bathroom should have a door or a shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing out and wetting the entire floor, especially when you have a rain shower installed.

The hotel had excellent service and took great care in maintaining hygiene measures. The hotel design was clean and modern. The location was great, walking distance to the city center and right in front of a beautiful park. The food from room service was delicious and generously portioned. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.
