We loved the fantastic view from our room and the convenience of having our own dip pool. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The beach was spacious with comfortable umbrellas and clear water for swimming. The dinners at Flame restaurant were delicious and we enjoyed the variety of spaces offered. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and a quiet atmosphere. It was also easy to reach the main building of the hotel from our location.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this beautiful island getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the property is huge but still manages to feel intimate. the breathtaking views of Spinalonga island were a highlight, along with the delicious breakfast buffet. We loved that we could easily walk to nearby restaurants in the local town. the reasonable prices and the option of room service for a small fee were definite advantages.

The maintenance of the hotel could have been better, with some pool ceramics falling off and elevators not functioning properly. the view from the infinity pool was not as scenic as we had hoped, as it overlooked the roof of the reception area.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and amenities, including 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, and a kids' playground with modern trainers. The Asian restaurant serves great food and the hotel bar offers delicious cocktails. The staff is extremely friendly and the bungalow we stayed in was perfect. As a light sleeper, I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep in the comfortable and clean room. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with stunning views of Spinalonga Island.

We stayed in a comfortable room with a huge and comfortable bed, offering a fantastic view of Spinalonga island. The location was perfect, with the Asian restaurant providing a stunning view of the island. The resort's funicular was convenient for transportation, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection that catered to all dietary requirements.

We had a wonderful Easter holiday at a stunning resort in Greece. the location was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal clear blue waters and beautiful views of a nearby island. the resort offered a wide range of facilities and activities, including a private pool which our toddler absolutely loved. the room was spacious and well, appointed, allowing us to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the check, in process was quite confusing and time, consuming, which took longer than expected.
