The location of the hotel was superb, right near a wonderful beach with the use of sunbeds. It was also very convenient to access the city centre, with a bus station just outside. There were plenty of nice beaches nearby and many choices for excursions. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff was always with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of products.

The AC in the room was not working properly and the pool had slimy dirt all over it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk from the central railway station and Tivoli. It was also easy to reach downtown by foot. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering assistance with printing tickets and boarding cards. The breakfast provided a delicious selection, with a variety of options including boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, cereals, and fruit.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a bus station just outside making it easy to get around the city. the hotel offered a variety of excursions, which was great for exploring and seeing more of the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the rooms and common areas were not as clean as expected, with spider webs and dirt in some corners.

The Blu Sky Hotel in Ierapetra, Crete was absolutely fantastic. The place was incredibly clean and stylish, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and comfortable swimming pool. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to drop our bags off early. The breakfast was complete and plentiful, while the dinner buffet was a wonderful surprise.

The breakfast selection was decent enough, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the parking situation was also convenient and ideal for a business trip. Plus, the hotel was situated in a pretty good location, close to some key spots.
