Perfect pool and self-service pool bar, remote location among olive gardens but still reachable, restaurants, shops, and sea. Tom is a perfect host.

The room was homelike and very comfortable with a truly double bed. The view was perfect, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other while resting in an olive grove. We found our room ready and welcoming, with a bed made and even a welcome raki on the table. The hammock in the garden was the perfect spot for star-gazing. The spacious apartment had two balconies with great views of the mountains and ocean. The place was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The cleaning and room service were perfect, with everything very clean. The pool was giant, very clean, and surrounded by olive trees. There was also a pool house with free coffee and drinks. The beautiful beach was within walking distance.

We stayed at Captain Tom's for one night during our trip to Chania. The hotel offers amazing views, a great pool, and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by mountains and olive groves. The apartment was beautifully furnished with spacious balconies and all the necessary amenities. The highlight of our stay was meeting Captain Tom, who was incredibly generous and hospitable, even sharing his delicious olive oil with us. a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature without the crowds of tourists.

Set in an olive grove, quiet location with good pool. Clean apartments with cooking facilities. Close to castle, tavernas and the coast. Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.

Captain Tom and his wife were incredible hosts, showing us the utmost kindness and hospitality. The location in the middle of an olive grove was serene and peaceful. The highlight was definitely the beautiful and clean pool, where we spent many relaxing hours. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and even hammocks for ultimate relaxation. We also enjoyed the free coffee at the pool bar. The nearby beaches, ranging from sandy to pebble, provided a variety of options for beach lovers. The hotel's restaurant recommendations, especially Akti, served delicious homemade food. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although the internet speed was slow and the TV had limited English channels, these were minor inconveniences that did not dampen our overall experience.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing pool and BBQ in the back garden. The cleanliness of the flat was outstanding, and it had everything I needed. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away. One of my favorite aspects was the delicious homemade food served at the nearby restaurant Akti, which is located in a shady Olive garden and offers a stunning view of the Libya Sea.

The location of the hotel was stunning, with beautiful olive tree forests, the sound of sheep bells, and views of the mountains and sea. the apartment was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the swimming pool was incredible and our kids loved it.

The nearby area of Frangokastello was quite low-key, especially during off-season, with limited amenities. We didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the hotel and didn't have enough time to chat with the host.

The swimming pool is superb! Clean, not too much chlorine, warm, and always open. Good air conditioning too. My daughter forgot her silver bracelet, and it was sent to our home address in Belgium within a week. Very grateful for that! Excellent pool with plenty of sunbeams and hammocks. Wonderful host, with free Raki and coffee in the pool house. Comfortable bed. All rooms had a southerly aspect looking out over the sea. Lovely setting with nice beaches 10 minutes' walk away. Very spacious apartment with two balconies with great views of the mountains and the ocean. Very silent place, perfect for relaxing the mind and body. Cleaning and room service were perfect, everything very clean. The pool is giant and very clean and surrounded by olive trees. Beautiful beach within walking distance.

We had an amazing Christmas getaway at this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice big balcony to enjoy the view. the pool was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. Additionally, the hotel's location near quiet beaches and tavernas made it easy to explore and enjoy the local area.

One downside we encountered was the firmness of the beds. They were quite hard and uncomfortable, which affected our quality of sleep during our stay.

I had a delightful stay at this peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees and breathtaking mountains. The nearby sea was perfect for relaxation, and the local restaurants served mouthwatering dishes, especially the Cretan salad and lamb. The apartments were comfortable, and the friendly owner made me feel right at home. I only wish I had more time to stay, but I will definitely be returning in the future! I highly recommend this tranquil retreat.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was huge and provided a great way to cool off in the hot weather. The location was ideal, as it was not far from the wonderful beaches in the area. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
