The hotel is conveniently located near Channa airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. the hotel is situated close to the beach, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy the sun and sea. The friendly and helpful hotel staff received high praise from guests, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests experienced issues with the room facilities, such as broken or not working items upon arrival. However, the staff promptly addressed these concerns and offered compensatory measures.

We spent our Easter break at a lovely hotel in Crete and it was a memorable experience. The location of the hotel was key to our enjoyment as it was situated in a peaceful area with pure and natural surroundings. We appreciated the privacy we had in our room and the quietness of the hotel. The staff were wonderful, always kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the free coffee, tea and juice that were offered to us during our stay.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. The facilities were not adequate, and we were disappointed to find out that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned each day and the cleaning service didn't work. We also wished there were more shops in the area that were within walking distance. In addition, there weren't any sunbeds or umbrellas at the beach, and the pool area was quite dirty. Despite these negative aspects, we were able to make the most of our Easter break and enjoyed our time in Crete.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. We loved being able to stroll down to the crystal-clear waters whenever we pleased. The proximity to bus links was also a huge plus, allowing us to easily explore the breathtaking beaches and charming towns nearby. The basic amenities were all there, and our room with a sea view was simply delightful. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely scrumptious!

The entire place spotlessly clean, 4 pools for a quiet spot, comfortable sun loungers with umbrellas, restaurants within walking distance, easy access to Chania and other areas.

We had a great experience at Carisa. the team was very friendly and helpful, offering us coffee or tea upon arrival and allowing us to store our luggage until our room was ready. They even prepared our room earlier than the official check-in time. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the swimming pools were of excellent quality. the size of our room was just as agreed, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore Chania by bus. the neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed being close to the beach.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided plenty of choices and delicious food. We also enjoyed the stunning sea view from our room. The hotel had great facilities, including a small gym and a ping-pong table for entertainment.

Some fellow guests were a bit grumpy, but that didn't detract from our perfect holiday experience.
