The room was clean and well-maintained.

We found that the bed was not very comfortable and it was made up of two single beds pushed together, which was quite inconvenient.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible! They treated us like friends, not just guests. The service was exceptional, with attentive and welcoming hosts who were always ready to help and give advice. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with comfortable furnishings and daily replacement of towels and sheets. I also loved the little complimentary breakfast bar and snacks they provided, as well as the free beach umbrellas.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. In our room, the window frame was not securely fixed to the wall.

The value for money at Castell was excellent, with a big, newly furnished and clean room. The location was perfect in the center of town, allowing us to experience the Greek reality and easily access the main beaches. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel at home and providing helpful tips.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Kissamos. the staff, especially Katerina and Niki, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated in a Zen style. the location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I enjoyed the extra amenities provided, such as the stocked common area and the beach towels. the sisters also gave great recommendations for nearby beaches and villages. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the main square of this city. The hotel's location was perfect as it was right in the center square, close to many restaurants. It was also convenient for us to explore the city and reach the most famous beaches of the island. The staff, including Nikki, Katerina, and Ioannis, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with tips and suggestions to make the most of our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the free amenities like umbrellas, beach towels, and an espresso machine.

This amazing boutique hotel exceeded all my expectations! The young, friendly staff made me feel at home instantly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the beach. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully decorated. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a hot shower. The staff shared great local tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. The value for the price I paid was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a mind-blowing experience in Kissamos!

Perfect hotel location in the square, close to restaurants, bars and cafes. Beautiful sea view and short walk to the beach. Extremely helpful and kind hosts with extra touches like snacks and coffee. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
