Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge selection of sweet and savory options. The indoor jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the town, which was just a short walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile.

The pillows could have been more comfortable and the gym could be improved. The noise from the church bells in the morning was a bit of a shock at first, but we got used to it after the first day. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, great staff, and delicious breakfast.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP guest. The luxurious spa and wellness center was my favorite part of the hotel, and the indoor swimming pool was a real treat. The sauna and Turkish bath were also highly enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool was really relaxing with stunning views of the gardens. The Jacuzzi was the perfect touch. I loved the beach access- this hotel has parasols and sun loungers available for guests.

The only negative was the lack of a restaurant on site, but this was not a big issue as there are many excellent dining options within walking distance. The resort provided 24 hours room service and breakfast in-room.

had an amazing stay in sissi, crete. castello boutique resort & spa was beyond expectations. hot tub on balcony was perfect, and they even surprised us with a bottle of prosecco for our anniversary. very clean, friendly staff, delicious food and cocktails. will definitely be back!
