our stay at castello hotel was absolutely perfect. it exceeded our expectations in every way. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. the staff was friendly and always available to assist. the hotel's convenient location near the port, supermarket, and university campus made our stay even better.

The parking lots in the hotel's garden are insufficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable for the quality of accommodation provided. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and fresh towels were provided. The basic amenities were also great, with all the necessary facilities available in the room. And let's not forget the super amazing bed which was incredibly comfortable and perfect for a good night's rest. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, situated next to the university hospital and close to the green area, allowing for a pleasant outdoor experience.

Hard to think of anything.

What an amazing city trip I had at this hotel! the room was so spacious and had everything we needed, including modern amenities like a kitchenette and fenced parking. the location was perfect too, with plenty of shops nearby and a quiet atmosphere which allowed us to relax and unwind. On top of that, the room was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home.

Although the mattress was comfortable, it was a bit too hard for my liking. the door lock had a bright LED that shone during the night, so we had to obscure it with some paper to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel was a great option for my New Year getaway. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the location was convenient, being close to the main attractions and shops in the area. it provided a satisfactory experience.

One downside of the hotel was the limited parking spaces available, which caused some inconvenience as we had to search for parking nearby. the lack of a coffee/tea kettle in the room was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have the option for a hot beverage in the comfort of our own room.
