The staff at Castellum Suites was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They always had a smile on their faces and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel area was also clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that even after checking out, I was allowed to enjoy the all-inclusive services for a full day.

Although the cocktails included in the all-inclusive services were initially enjoyable, they became too sweet after a while, and I wished for more variety. Additionally, the lack of wardrobe in the rooms, along with the minimalistic style, made it less luxurious than I had hoped for.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the daily room cleaning. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the old town and a variety of restaurants nearby. the free all-inclusive drinks were a real advantage, and the cocktails offered were delicious.

My stay was not perfect. the road noise was disturbing, and there was no sound insulation.

The location was fantastic, close to both the Old Town and New Town, as well as the beach. my stay was fantastic thanks to the entire team who made it memorable.

On the positive side, the hotel was conveniently located close to the old town, offering easy access to explore the area. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, with one staff member named Tina going out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. the food served at the hotel was also quite nice, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that dinner was prepared for us upon our late arrival. Finally, the hotel even prepared decorations for our anniversary, adding a special touch to our romantic escape.

The air-conditioner in the room was extremely disappointing. It kept switching off every 30 minutes throughout the night, forcing us to remove the electricity card and put it back in repeatedly.

the staff was incredibly friendly and the cleanliness of the whole hotel area was top-notch. the hotel provided a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, except for some noise from the nearby road next to the restaurant terrace. One pleasant surprise was that we were allowed to use all the hotel's inclusive services for a full day even after checking out. I would definitely book with Castellum again.

My purpose was to explore the city and I had a delightful two-night stay at this hotel. The rooms exuded luxury, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rania at reception was a delight, speaking perfect English and providing helpful information. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with three meals a day, local drinks, and even a bottle of wine in the room. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Excellent value for money!
