Practical accommodation near the beach with a balcony and sea view. Spacious rooms that don't feel cramped. Easy parking for those with a car. Trouble-free bathroom and handy washing machine. Cool owner with a laid-back attitude for a smooth check-in.

We had a fantastic time at Oliva Beach. the location was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere in Maleme and the beach just a short walk away. the one-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped and clean, and we loved being close to the pool. the host, Sophia, was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure all our questions and requests were taken care of. we highly recommend Oliva Beach for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This budget-friendly hotel offers a prime location right on the seashore, with a row of fantastic restaurants just a few steps away. The beach is right in front of the hotel, perfect for days of sun and sand. Guests have praised the clean and well-equipped rooms, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the sea from the balcony. The friendly staff offers excellent service, and some guests have been pleasantly surprised with small touches like welcome cakes and morning coffee.

Some guests have noted occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

the owner, Sophia, was extremely helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions. the room had a comfortable bed, a small kitchen for cooking, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. the pool was clean and never too crowded, and we enjoyed using it to relax and sunbathe. the beach was just a minute's walk away and was clean and easily accessible. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and will definitely be returning.
