We had an amazing stay at Chroma Suites! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They carried our luggage, organized a courier for a lost passport, and provided a phone for our convenience. The balcony offered a stunning view of the caldera, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Despite a minor issue with the overhead showers, our suite was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants but still offering privacy. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
