The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sights of the Aegean Sea. the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, recommending the best restaurants and even making reservations for us. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a great variety. Additionally, the hotel's small and attentive staff made our stay even more special.

The pool was quite cold during our stay, which made it difficult to fully enjoy. Additionally, the parking situation near the hotel was a bit confusing, as there is no designated parking lot nearby.

The breathtaking views from pool-side, faultless service from front desk to pool staff, great location. Easy walk to Fira with lots of Tavernas along the way. All amenities needed for a dreamlike vacation.

The hotel had a great view of the island and the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.

The jacuzzi was not working properly during my stay. Additionally, the noise insulation was poor and I could hear people walking outside my room.

We loved the a la carte breakfast on our terrace with stunning views of the caldera every morning. The concierge and reception team, especially Nicolas, were incredibly helpful. The infinity pool was a great place to relax.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and the infinity swimming pool was a great addition. the complimentary upgrade to the master suite was a pleasant surprise and made our honeymoon extra special. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering a quiet and relaxed atmosphere compared to the more tourist-filled areas. the staff members, especially Panagiotis, the concierge, were friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. the cocktails by the pool were some of the best we've ever had.

We did notice some minor issues during our stay. the room could have been cleaner, as we spotted a few things that were not up to our standards.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with all of the amenities that one could ever need on a dreamlike vacation. The staff were extremely helpful in organizing day trips and providing recommendations. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The intimate ambiance created by the limited number of rooms added to the exclusivity of the experience. The staff was warm and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Although the pool area could be a bit crowded at times, there were other comfortable beds available with equally stunning views. The hotel's dedication to providing a slice of heaven was evident in every detail, from the clean and stylish rooms to the amazing sushi served. I highly recommend this hotel for a bucketlist experience.

We were disappointed with the front desk staff's lack of pro, activeness and problem, solving skills. It was difficult to reach a positive outcome, even after escalating the issue to the hotel manager.
