During my xmas stay, I was impressed by the impeccable grounds and the stunning pool at the hotel, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. the helpful staff made my holiday unforgettable, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the personalized breakfast experience, with eggs cooked to order, was a delightful treat, showcasing local produce and flavors. the hotel's proximity to the best beach in the Greek Islands was a major plus, allowing for easy access to sun, sand, and crystal-clear waters.

The only downside was the lack of fresh juices at breakfast and the initial difficulty in communication with the hotel staff before arrival. These minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay, but it was something to note for future guests looking for perfection in every detail.

The hotel offers excellent pool, delicious breakfast, beach toy rentals, and on-site yoga classes. Cons: Felt special, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Cosmos in Naxos for a week-long vacation. The hotel is stunning, with a fabulous pool and incredible rooms. The staff at Cosmos are truly amazing and so helpful. One of the staff members, Alise, went above and beyond to retrieve a backpack we left at a restaurant in the north part of the island. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good, with local produce and eggs cooked to order. And, the best part is that it's only steps away from the best beach in all the Greek Islands.

The layout of our villa was a bit unique, with the main bed on the main floor and the other bedrooms downstairs. Although it lacked privacy, it was perfect for our family. We loved the close proximity to Plaka beach and the variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel even provided a free taxi pick up from the port, which was a nice touch.

The drinks and restaurant at the hotel were on the expensive side compared to the beachside places. We opted to buy drinks at the supermarket instead.
