The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a nicer room without any additional cost. the rooms were clean and had all the essential amenities, including a lavender spray for a better sleep experience. I also appreciated the option to request specific pillows before arrival.

The gym facilities were disappointing. the dumbbells only went up to 7 kg and there were no other free weights or barbells available.

Sadly, my xmas stay at this hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. the breakfast was a disappointment, with limited options and the same plain food every day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the Crowne Plaza. When I arrived early in the morning, the friendly front desk staff, Mina, allowed me to check in before the usual time. The room, although a bit dated with stripped dark green carpet, was clean and comfortable. The highlight was the modern and spacious restaurant on the 7th floor, complete with an outdoor bar and a small swimming pool. The hotel also provided a good selection of shower gel, skin lotion, and conditioners, although there were no dental kits or toothbrushes.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the shower splashing water all over the floor and the lack of a rubber pad in the slippery bathtub, they did not detract from the overall positive experience. Additionally, only one bottle of free water per day per room was provided, with additional bottles being charged at E2.50.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern hotel. The spacious rooms allowed us to spend time together while also having privacy. The helpful staff and excellent location made our stay even better. The rooftop swimming pool and well-equipped gym were nice amenities to have. Would definitely stay here again.
