We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the three different pools that were clean and inviting. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The private plunge pool was a luxurious surprise that we absolutely loved. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the cocktails by the pool in the late afternoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a relaxing and fun experience at Crystal Waters and we can't wait to book again for our next visit to Lefkada.

The comfort of the premium suite for 4 people was amazing, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The breakfast was incredible, with a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was very convenient, halfway between Lefkada town and Nydri, making it easy to explore the area if you have a car.

The rooms were too small, with no space for suitcases unless you unpack everything. Some of the receptionists had bad attitudes and were not as helpful as others.

The main pools were also clean and well-maintained. The pool bar was a highlight, with excellent service from Panagiotis and Zelina, who were truly exceptional at what they do. The friendly and welcoming staff, from the reception to the pool bar, made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to visit again!

The suite we booked was spacious and comfortable, with easy access to the pool. The highlight was the spa treatment my wife received as a gift; she loved the back massage. we were thoroughly impressed with Crystal Waters and would highly recommend it.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in Nikiana. The location was perfect for exploring the island of Lefkada, and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from the terrace. The staff were attentive and looked after us well, especially at the pool bar. They made sure we had a great time with loud and happy music while we relaxed and enjoyed our cocktails. The comfort of the premium suite was outstanding, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the good Wi-Fi signal. The hotel also had plenty of parking spots for our convenience.

One negative aspect was that breakfast could be improved. We had to pay extra for espresso and cappuccino, and the croissants were cold.
