My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing. The decoration was eye-catching, and the staff treated us warmly. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We also enjoyed the fact that it was located near the beach and restaurants. The breakfast offered was abundant and satisfactory.

There were some downsides we encountered. We had trouble communicating with the staff because of a technical problem with the telephone number. The door of our room was not functioning well, which was not resolved even though we had reported it to the staff. Lastly, there was an unexpected tax we had to pay which should have been informed to us beforehand.
