The New Year's experience was great with friendly staff and good food options. The hotel's location near shops and pubs was convenient, and the room was kept clean daily with comfortable bedding. fresh fruit at breakfast was a lovely surprise and the lunch box for early trips was appreciated.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and some aspects needed renovation. the daily cleaning could have been improved with more attention given to changing bed sheets.

The staff was incredibly kind and informative, providing us with great tips for our trip. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Rethymno, Heraklion, and Chania. Transportation options were convenient, allowing us to explore the beautiful island of Crete.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious suite we were upgraded to at Delfina Boutique. Although the TV was a bit small and not centrally placed, it didn't greatly impact our stay. The staff, especially Katerina, were friendly and informative, offering great tips for exploring the area. The nearby beach had clear water, albeit requiring a short walk across a main road. And being close to Kournas lake was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Delfina Boutique, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The towels were changed daily and everything was kept nice and tidy. The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including choices for vegans and vegetarians. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits that were served every morning. The hotel even prepared a lunch box for us when we had an early trip to Santorini, which was greatly appreciated. The pool and beach, both included in the accommodation fee, provided a great opportunity for relaxation. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring Crete, allowing us to visit famous beaches and drive around the island.
