The room was modern and clean, with a sleek bathroom and nice balcony. The pool and outside areas were picture perfect and practical. We also appreciated the staff's accommodation and friendliness - they arranged our transfers and provided great recommendations. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was just a couple minutes' walk from the town center of Fira. a perfect stay and good value for money.

The pool was a turn-off. Not only was it small, but it just wasn't our cup of tea.

The hotel was a great find! Close to restaurants, bars and with stunning sea views! the rooms were kept immaculately clean and the modern decor was very chic. We also appreciated the complementary bottled water and beach towels. the pool area was quaint and well-maintained. the service from the staff was fantastic, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The hill the hotel is on is very steep and made getting up and down to the rest of town a bit of a challenge, especially in the midday sun. It would have been great to have a drinks bar by the pool area to save the walk, and some form of food options for breakfast/lunch would have made our stay even better.

I recently stayed at Deluxe Hotel Santorini for a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The property is amazing, with stunning views and it's conveniently located just 2 minutes from the city center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were immaculate and although they were on the smaller side, it didn't bother us. The shower was great and the pool area was lovely and clean. it was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond, even arranging a taxi and day trip for me. The pool was a great bonus, not too busy even in high season. Excellent value for money.
