We had a fantastic stay at Diana Rooms! As a solo 18-year-old traveler, I was initially worried about navigating a new place on my own, but the host made me feel incredibly welcome right from the start. the location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from the bus station and within easy reach of the old harbor and other parts of town. the rooms in the garden were lovely, and I'd highly recommend getting the air conditioning as it made a huge difference in comfort. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Diana Rooms to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the main bus station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a kettle and fridge. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The lack of proper noise isolation in the rooms can be disruptive and affect quality sleep.

had a great stay at a cozy, clean room near the Chania bus station. The warm welcome and provided bottle of water made me feel instantly at home. With a balcony overlooking the charming garden and a convenient location close to town, it was the perfect base for exploring. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay here again.

Wifi was spotty.

the location was unbeatable, just a one-minute walk from the central bus station, making it extremely convenient for travel to the airport, Rhetymno, Heraklion, and other destinations. It was also just a 10-minute walk away from the old town, the harbor, and plenty of dining options. the room was bright, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent wifi. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in the room, and the fridge was stocked with cutlery and crockery, allowing me to have a decent breakfast. the highlight was definitely the fabulous balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite the central location, the room was quiet and peaceful. the lady who checked me in was lovely, adding to the overall great experience. All in all, Diana Rooms provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

Great location, just a short walk away from the city center and the bus station. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, providing clean towels upon request. The room was comfortable for two people and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The TV had a good selection of English-language content.

The bathroom was quite small and lacked shower curtains, leading to a wet floor after taking a shower. The rooms were not well isolated for noise, making it difficult to sleep at times.
