The hotel was conveniently located on the West Coast, allowing us easy access to explore the city. We enjoyed a leisurely 10-minute walk along the seafront promenade, passing a small beach, to reach the Venetian harbor. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with cozy blankets and pillows. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always ensuring our room was cleaned and ready for us whenever we returned. The breakfast dining room on the top floor had a lovely atmosphere and the Greek continental breakfast was sufficient to start our day. We particularly appreciated the picturesque view from the room overlooking the peaceful garden.

The room had thin walls, making it slightly noisy at times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The panoramic sea view from the breakfast room was superb, with Chania old town in the distance. The hotel is full of character, filled with interesting historical artifacts, photos, and pictures. The service was excellent, with rooms checked and cleaned twice daily. We even had a damp bath mat replaced in the evening while we were out. The location of the hotel was convenient for heading out to the airport and Akrotiri peninsula. It was also within walking distance of the beautiful harbor, with many lovely traditional bars and restaurants nearby.

We went to a hotel in Crete and had a great weekend! The staff was friendly and helpful. The views from our room were stunning, and we loved that there was free parking. The location was also great, just a short walk to some of the best restaurants and shops in the area.

The room was a bit outdated, and we had some trouble with the Wi-Fi. The shower was also a bit small, but that's to be expected in older hotels.

Older building with rich history. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Beautiful garden and ocean view. Short walk to harbor area with restaurants and shoppes. Convenient bus route to Chania town and airport.
