Helpful and patient staff. High standard and well-maintained hotel. Fabulous views of lake and mountains. Wonderful pool with bar service. Superb buffet breakfast. Convenient location near castle and city center. Easy parking in surrounding area. Friendly and welcoming staff

We had a wonderful romantic escape, and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and escape from the world. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the pool area was lovely and peaceful, perfect for soaking up the sun. the hotel's location was excellent, with stunning views of the lake and easy access to nearby attractions.

The lack of gym facilities was a minor inconvenience, and although the staff were polite and helpful, we thought the service could have been more attentive at times. our stay was delightful, and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a luxury and relaxing getaway.

we had a relaxing weekend in ioannina and Du Lac Congress Center & Spa exceeded our expectations. the big and clean room with a beautiful lake view was perfect for our stay. the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of organic local food options. staff was friendly and the spa area was amazing. highly recommended!

This venue is a luxurious paradise for those who seek exclusivity and ultimate comfort. We were very pleased with the service of the Spa & wellness centre, the outdoor swimming pool, and the massage that we had. the garden area is well-maintained and a delight on the eyes. the room advantages were exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. In-room breakfast was delightful, and the poolside snack bar was convenient. We were very impressed with the special diet menus that were offered on site.

The only minor issue that we found in this hotel was the lack of private facilities. this was not a big deal since there were plenty of amenities that made up for it.

During my recent stay at Du Lac, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The location, close to Ioannina Centre, was also a major plus. Although there were some minor drawbacks such as limited sunbeds and an early pool opening time, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Lac for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself had a beautiful entrance and foyer, and the rooms were comfortable with great beds. I loved the fabulous terrace where I could relax with a beer, and the breakfast buffet by the poolside was the best I've ever had. The swimming pool was a great place to unwind, and the iced coffee by the pool was a perfect treat. an incredible experience.
