The service at Egnatia City Hotel & Spa was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with all necessary amenities provided. The breathtaking view from the balcony and the rooftop garden added to the overall enjoyment of the hotel. The restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the breakfast buffet. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stunning sea view rooms at the lowest floor with well-maintained furniture. Polite staff and a wonderful rooftop restaurant with tasty food. Highly-heated rooms for winter stays. Free but slightly dangerous parking. 30 minutes' walk to the center and port. Good value for money. Awful coffee, unfortunately same citywide.

The hotel had fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and city. It was conveniently located right off the highway exit making it easy to get to. the room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities like an on-site restaurant and spa.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle. the hotel was unable to accommodate all guests with parking, making it difficult to find a spot in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel was immaculately clean and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with the only small issue being with the shower head. The temperature in the room was perfect, always at a comfortable 25-26 degrees. The breakfast was truly luxurious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. We especially loved the filtered coffee, which was included in the price and served in a whole jug. The restaurant had amazing views, with other events occasionally taking place there. The spa resort was another fantastic feature, offering a range of relaxation services. we would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
