During my stay at Egnatia, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and neatness of the hotel. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One standout moment was when I requested a tube of shaving cream to replace the confiscated one at the airport. The receptionists went above and beyond, providing me with a large new foam container from Gillette. This level of service truly impressed me and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and excellent staff.
